Choosing an engineering branch is one of the most important academic decisions a student makes. With technology reshaping industries at lightning speed, many students today find themselves asking: ‘BTech CSE vs BTech AI and ML - which is better?’ Should you opt for the well-established Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or the fast-growing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI & ML) specialisation?
B.Tech CSE (Cyber Security) is a specialized undergraduate program that focuses on protecting computer systems, networks, and data from cyber threats. It combines core computer science subjects with in-depth knowledge of information security, ethical hacking, cryptography, network security, and cyber laws.
The program equips students with skills to identify vulnerabilities, prevent cyber-attacks, and design secure systems using modern tools and technologies such as AI in security, cloud security, and blockchain. Graduates can pursue careers as Cyber Security Analysts, Ethical Hackers, Security Engineers, SOC Analysts, or continue higher studies and research in cyber security and related domains.
