Overview:
The day featured engaging activities including expert talks, a project exhibition, and multiple competitions. The project demonstration session provided a platform for students to present working models and prototypes addressing real-world challenges through advanced technologies such as AI, IoT, and Web Development.
- Artificial Intelligence (AI): Teams designed AI-based solutions to tackle real-world issues such as predicting climate changes, optimizing energy use, and improving waste management. The goal was to create smarter, data-driven approaches to sustainability.
- Internet of Things (IoT): Participants built smart systems using sensors and automation to improve daily life. Projects included smart farming tools, air quality monitors, and automated systems for efficient resource management. These solutions aimed to make cities and industries more eco-friendly.
- Web Development: Teams developed web applications focused on sustainability, such as platforms for tracking environmental impact, online solutions for reducing waste, and tools to raise awareness about sustainable practices. The emphasis was on creating user-friendly and impactful digital solutions.
Each track encouraged participants to collaborate, think critically, and innovate, providing hands-on experience with industry-relevant technologies while addressing some of the most pressing global sustainability issues. The hackathon not only fostered technical skill development but also instilled a sense of social responsibility in the participants.
Competitions such as Dangal, Maze Maverick, Hackathon, and Hackerrank tested participant's technical skills and problem-solving abilities, enhancing their practical learning experience.
A total of 38 teams participated across different tracks, with each team comprising four students. The industry guest appreciated the student's work and encouraged them to pursue their ideas further for future prospects. All winners and volunteers were felicitated to become motivation for others.
