Introduction
Neural Canvas 2025 was organized as a creative and engaging platform for students to express their ideas through design while integrating Artificial Intelligence concepts. The event also marked the official launch of the NextGen AI Club at Vishwakarma University. With a mix of inaugural activities, a quiz, and a poster-making competition, the event promoted teamwork, innovation, and cross-disciplinary interaction among students.
Objectives
The primary objectives of Neural Canvas 2025 were:
• To promote creativity and innovation by blending AI concepts with design.
• To officially launch the NextGen AI Club and present its vision to the student community.
• To encourage teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• To provide students with a platform for showcasing their design and technical abilities.

The event began with a warm welcome followed by the Inaugural Ceremony, which included the Lighting of the Lamp, introduction of dignitaries, the official logo launch of the NextGen AI Club, and a Presidential Address. A QR Code Quiz engaged students before the poster-making competition commenced. The competition saw active participation, with students designing posters using Figma and later presenting their ideas to a jury. The top 3 winners and 2 runner-ups were awarded, followed by acknowledgments and a valedictory ceremony.
