- To create awareness among second-year students about industry-relevant Full Stack and AI skills required for campus placements.
- To motivate students to begin early and structured preparation for placements through continuous skill development.
- To familiarize students with current industry expectations, career paths, and emerging job roles in Full Stack and AI domains.
- To encourage students to build hands-on projects, portfolios, and problem-solving abilities to enhance employability.• To highlight the importance of soft skills, communication, and interview readiness along with technical expertise.

Emphasis on front-end, back-end, databases, and API integration required for placement roles.

Session Overview:
Total 54 students were attended the session. The session focused on building a strong foundation in Full Stack development along with an introduction to Artificial Intelligence concepts relevant to modern software roles.
During the session, students were guided on essential technical skills, the importance of hands-on projects, and how AI can be integrated into full stack applications. Emphasis was also placed on consistent practice, problem-solving abilities, and the role of soft skills in placement success.
The session was interactive and informative, enabling students to gain clarity on career pathways, skill expectations of recruiters, and the steps required to become placement-ready in the coming years.
Outcomes:
The session provided valuable insights into industry-relevant Full Stack and AI skills, placement preparedness, and the importance of early career planning. Students actively participated and gained clarity on skill development, project building, and employability requirements.
