India is at a juncture where a large population is making inroads into higher education every year. Since public institutions are few, private institutions have stepped in to serve the need. These institutions have to rise to the challenge of bridging the gap between academia and industry. To do so, it is essential we create a vibrant and enriching teaching learning culture that inspires innovation and entrepreneurship. Traditional pedagogies need to be reassessed to facilitate a more interactive and trans-disciplinary learning experience.
