- Domicile Certificate / Birth Certificate / School Leaving Certificate (anyone).
- Nationality Certificate / Birth Certificate / Passport (anyone).
- Entrance Test Score card (if applicable).
- Two Latest Passport Size Photographs.
- Transfer / Leaving Certificate from previous college - as and when available.
- Migration Certificate (if applicable) - as and when available.
- Aadhar Card.
- PAN Card (if available).
- Gap Certificate (if applicable)
- Scanned Copy of Passport Size Photograph for I-Card and other documentation.
- Scanned Copy of Signature for I-Card and other documentation.
For Reserved Category Students – Caste Certificate, Caste Validity, and Non-Creamy Layer Certificate, are additionally required (over and above listed documents).
