National Film Archive of India (NFAI) organised a two day Korean film festival on 9th and 10th November in collaboration with the Consulate General of Republican of Korea. The festival was lined with a series of interesting Korean films showcasing different aspects of Korean cinema. Festival screened films like- Welcome to Dongmakgol, The Thieves, The Front Line, Forever the Moment, The Suspect and Kundo: Age of the Rampant.

Students from Journalism and Mass communication Department visited the festival on the second day and watched, Forever The Moment. It is a 2008 South Korean film. It is a fictionalized account of the South Korea women’s handball team which competed in the 2004 Summer Olympics. The visit was a step towards exposing students to world cinema.
