Leadership in Industry 4.0 was organized by Mahratta Chamber of Commerce Industries and Agriculture, Pune in association with IIMAhmedabad Alumni association Pune chapter. It was held on 24th November 2017.
The highlight of the conference was how companies are adopting the challenges and opportunities provided by the advent of Industry 4.0. How Industry 4.0 is shaping the firm and the eco-system. Are we ready for Industry 4.0? Industry 4.0 has it really arrived? While focus was on the evolving leadership in manufacturing world, one session was dedicated to hear the young and bright CxOS/Founders of the Digital StartUp world who are shaping the industry eco-system, both directly and indirectly.
Academia plays a very important role in nurturing talent and developing leadership that is ready for the emerging paradigms, for the evolving industry i.e. Industry 4.0. They had also organized a panel discussion that was dedicated to ‘Developing Leadership for Industry 4.0’. Dr. Siddharth Jabade, Vice Chancellor – VU was one of the resource persons for this event. Two faculty members – Dr. Pratiksha Wable and Prof. Amol Randive participated in this summit along with four MBA students. These students also volunteered for the event.
