Students from Journalism and Mass Communication with a specialization in video production recently attended The Broadcast India (BI) Show, held every year around this time at NESCO Grounds, Mumbai. As a participant, there’s no doubt the show helped students appreciate new infotainment horizons as they first-hand experienced the latest in technology and innovation under the watchful eyes of their faculty. The 29th Edition of BI 2019 was the interactive platform that showcased on one hand, the paradigm shifts in infotainment technology across the globe. On the other, it allowed one to connect with the innovators and experience the marvels first-hand. This edition of the Broadcast India Show saw over 10,764 unique visitors and over 500 brands participants from more than 36 countries coming together, eager to push ahead of the growth curve. Ravi Nikam and Mayuresh Belsare accompanied the wide-eyed wonders from JMC on this eventful journey on Saturday 19 October.
