Vishwakarma University’s (VU) Commerce & Management Faculty conducted a Guest Session on “Zumba-Tap the Feet" by Zumba Instructor Ms. Dhanashree Kunjir for BBA & BBA-IB students on 07 February 2020.
The objective behind the session was to give an overall insight regarding Zumba and how exercise can be cheerful which leads to good health. She also conveyed some benefits of Zumba to students as follows:
- It’s fun activity for routine exercise.
- It helps in weight loss.
- It is so powerful exercise which burns approximately 600 to 1,000 calorie in one hour.
- It tones your entire body. It targets lots of different muscle groups at once for total body toning.
