“The B.Sc. Yoga & Naturopathy programme includes a unique and interesting approach to health and medicine. I see my future self-leading and independent career with yoga, counselling and Ayurvedic, Naturopathy background.”

Zainab Parekh, Student

“The B.Sc. Yoga and Naturopathy programme in Vishwakarma University, Pune provides an excellent opportunity to explore the hidden secrets of yoga as well as naturopathy. Here, they keenly focus on the proper application of theoretical knowledge and make the students confident in their ability to treat people, as students have regular opportunities to interact and participate in various life-changing programs and with great mentors. In this century of a hectic schedule, everybody is looking for symptomatic relief and no one is bothered to look into the actual cause of it. The increasing stress, imbalanced lifestyle and frequency of non-communicable diseases have led us to emphasize a system of medicine that will eradicate the disease from its core. In the era of the growing popularity of alternative systems of medicine, I chose B.Sc. Yoga and Naturopathy which has preventive, curative, primitive and rehabilitation potential with minimum side effects. I personally have experienced drastic change In myself and in my lifestyle, as I started the courses we are asked to do yoga and pranayama every day and our teacher guided us in person to resolve every physical and mental problems. And it’s such a relief, now I literally feel light weightiness not just my body, yoga also expanded my memory and thinking ability, reduced my anxiety and many more great experiences To promote traditional ways of healing, V.Uhas initiated the course of B.Sc. Y & N which is educating a lot of desired aspirants. Out of the various colleges all over India, I chose V.U as it provides the best environment for the students of V.U. This university encourages academic progress as well as co-curricular activities. There has been a history of miracles in treating patients just with yoga and naturopathy. Choosing this course and this university has proved to be a life-changing decision, and I hope of becoming a better person and Naturopath of tomorrow.”
