Overview

The Masters in Digital Film Making at VU is designed to fine-tune and accelerate the skills learned during the undergraduate degree and further dive deep into the understanding of the art of storytelling, writing for films, the art of narratives, mastering direction, and specializing in few other specific subjects. But these are carefully curated concerning technology, history, artistic skills, theory, and industry practices.

A master's degree in Digital Film making can serve to prepare you for any number of careers, most obviously in the film and television industry, graduates are generally well prepared for a wide range of professions, including creative filmmakers, film and television producers, collaborators for media production, managing the business of film and television companies, etc.

  •   Basic Qualification Required : Passed Degree / 10+2+3 or equivalent qualification from any recognized Board / University.
  •   Minimum % of marks at Qualifying Exam for Open Category : 45%
  •   Minimum marks at Qualifying Exam for Reserve category: 40%

  • Rs. 1,50,000/- Per academic year (annual fees). The fees will remain the same for the 2nd and 3rd year.
