Option 1 – In Person

a) Visit Vishwakarma University, Pune Campus
b) Visit Counselling and Admissions Office
c) Get detail information about the programme, curriculum, syllabus, infrastructure, facilities etc.
d) Apply in person for provisional admission by filling up provisional admission form along with photocopy of required documents at admissions office.

Option 2 – E-Apply

a) Download the Admission Application Form. Appropriately fill it up, scan and email the same as attachment to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
b) Scan and attach required documents.
c) Confirm the same by sending SMS on 90670 - 02224
d) You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of Admission Application Form on email.
e) After verifying documents, Counselling and Admissions Office will ask you to pay requisite fees.
f) Pay required fees online.

Installment Plan

Installment I (To be paid at the time provisional admission)

• Rs. 10,000/- in case of total programme fees is up to Rs. 2,00,000/- per academic year.
• Rs. 25,000/- in case of total programme fees is more than Rs. 2,00,000/- per academic year
  
  

Installment II (50% of annual fees minus amount paid as Installment I)

• Postdated cheque (PDC), dated 25th June, 2019, to be submitted at the time of provisional admission.
  
  

IInstallment III (50% of annual fees)

• Postdated cheque (PDC), dated 15th December, 2019, to be submitted at the time of provisional admission.
  
  

Rules for Refund of Fees

• If admission (provisional / confirmed) is cancelled up to 14th July, 2019, then Rs. 1000/- will be deducted from amount paid and balance amount will be refunded. Also, PDC dated 15th December, 2019 will be returned.
• If admission (provisional / confirmed) is cancelled between 15th July and 31st August, 2019, then Rs. 5000/- will be deducted from the amount paid and balance amount will be refunded. Also, PDC dated 15th December, 2019 will be returned.
• If admission is cancelled between 1st September and 14th December, 2019 then 50% of the total fees will be deducted / to be recovered. PDC dated 15th December, 2019 will be returned.
• If admission is cancelled after 15th December, 2019 then no fees will refunded.
